Founded in 2022 by two passionate Brazilian soccer players, First Touch is a revolutionary soccer training program designed to bring a fresh and dynamic coaching approach to the United States. With a vision to enhance the technical skills and tactical awareness of young soccer players, our founders drew inspiration from the rich soccer culture of Brazil, aiming to create a unique and immersive training experience.
Coach Washington Jr.
I start coaching in 2018 back home in Brazil where I am from. Since I started coaching soccer, I have been coaching kids and teenagers who aspired to become professional players in South America and Europe. In the U.S. I’ve been coaching athletes looking for good athletic scholarships, and opportunity at major colleges in the U.S. like Division 1, Division 2, or NAIA. Also, I worked as a coach in different academies in Brazil. Here in the United States I have been working more and specializing myself in private training and small group training focusing on the desire and goals of each player. Also, creating specific training and drills for the athlete’s evolution, targeting his or her strengths and weaknesses.

I started playing this sport when I was 5 years old in São Paulo, Brazil where I grew up playing soccer on the streets with my uncle and some friends from the neighborhood. From 2014 to 2016 I played for the U-17 professional Soccer Academy, “Esporte Clube Corinthians Paulista” (attack midfielder), in Sao Paulo Brazil a big academy that reveals many talents… In 2017 I played in the U-20 for another Soccer Academy, “Associacao Atletica Serra Morena”, also in the city of Sao Paulo where we became champions of the “Associação Paulista de Futebol”. In 2018 I played Second Division Professional Futsal Soccer Academy called “Lauzane Paulista F.C.” located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2019 I received a full-ride scholarship from Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff,NE where I played for 2 years as an attack midfielder. During these two years I received some awards such as: “Season fall 2020- Second team all-region midfielder”. “Season fall 2021- First team all-region midfielder”, also “Top assistance player of the region.” In 2022 I received another good scholarship to play for Arizona Christian University to play as a starter attacking mid, where I could help the team to win the “GSAC Regular Season” for the first time in the program history.
Coach Vitor Huertas
I started my my career as a Soccer Coach in 2022 at a Summer Camp. In 2023 I worked at Hubbard sports camp in Arizona, coaching kids between 5-14 years old and helped them to develop their motor skills. I also had the opportunity to work at Phoenix Surf Academy during the summer of 2023, working with girls between 12-14 years. I am currently working as a coach at Growth Soccer Training and I9 sports, helping players to develop their soccer skills and reach their full potential! My goal as a private soccer coach is to help kids of all ages and skill levels to develop their game and achieve their goals in a fun and competitive environment!
- Coach Vitor Huertas as a player
I played indoor soccer (futsal) for a Brazilian club called Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras between 8-14 years old, where I was named captain and 2008 Federação Paulista de Futsal champion. Also back in Brazil I was a captain of Next Level Academy, between 2018 and 2019. I received a soccer scholarship and initiated my college career at Western Nebraska Community College (2019-2022). I had the honor to be named team captain and also 2021 Second Team All-Region Defender. I received another soccer scholarship and transferred to Arizona Christian University following fall, and we were the 2022 GSAC Tournament Champions. I currently play professional indoor soccer (futsal) at Brusa Futsal Club, playing the National Futsal Premier League (NFPL).
